ABOUT

Dr. Joseph Rudolphi

Veterinarian

Dr. Joseph Rudolphi and wife Linda started the practice on the family farm where he was born and raised in Wendelin, IL in 1979. He is a 1978 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, he worked briefly in northern Illinois before moving back south. From the beginning, serving the family farm has been the first and foremost mission of the practice. While Dr. Rudolphi enjoys all aspects of large animal medicine, he has extended his main focus towards swine herd health and management. He is well known not only in Illinois but across the US and works with many operations from the single-family owner to larger multiple site operations. Dr. Rudolphi also completed the Executive Veterinary Program through the University of Illinois CVM to further expand his expertise in the management of swine medicine.  He manages each farm in a multi-faceted method, bringing in agriculture economics to combine with top of the line veterinary care.

When not driving across the countryside, Dr. Rudolphi can be found on his tractor working on the farm, reading a good book, gardening, restoring antique John Deere tractors, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
